Pumpkin Carving and Trunk or Treat

So every year, close to Halloween, the boys carve pumpkins with their daddy and Papa Randy. It has been a tradition for the last four years and they always have a blast. "Auntie Theresa" and Elias also come and carve.

Here are Benny and Dad busy carving.

 Isaac posing, as always :-)

 Elias, hard at work.

Malachi and Aunt Theresa hard at work as well.

Ben's pumpkin was Goofy. It turned out so cute.

Elias with his super cool pumpkin. I forgot what we named it. :-/ Sorry Elias.

Earlier that day we made slime. The boys saw it on TV last year around Halloween and we never got around to making it. So they have  been begging me for a whole year. Go ahead and judge, it's been a busy year! So we made some this year and they LOVED it. All it is is equal parts of cornstarch and water. It changes from a liquid to a solid when you hold it in your hands. Pretty cool stuff, but pretty messy.

Here is Benny taking a breathing treatment before the trunk or treat. I knew it was going to be outside in a big field and knew it would aggravate his breathing and allergies. Boy was i right.

 Ben as Buzz Light year!!

Goofy pumpkin all lit up at trunk or treat :-)

Me and my sweet little boy. He was a cowboy, but you can't see his clothes very well.

Isaac, the coolest ninja that ever lived :-)

They got lots of candy and only had two or three major meltdowns for the entire day!! Wa-hoo!! Will take more picture on Halloween night. Isaac says he wants to be something else on Halloween night, so we will see.
